ANALYSIS OF IMPLEMENTATION SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MATERIAL PROCUREMENT EFFECT ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECT PERFORMANCE

The implementation of material procurement supply chain management is very much needed by the construction industry to improve project performance. Supply chains can contribute reduced costs, efficiency and delivery a material's final results promptly on time. So that it expected achieve objectives in accordance with cost, quality had been planned. This research aims determine influence performance projects biggest challenges implementing procurement. analysis methods used this study are descriptive regression quantitative approaches. Data collection techniques using questionnaire Likert scale. number respondents as many 28 people selected from employees purposive sampling method. showed application characteristics positive significant effect 39%.
